We design and manufacture roof trusses to specification by understanding our clients’ needs, using our know-how to find novel solutions and executing them to perfection. Computer-aided manufacturing

Saws — Rooftek incorporates a fully integrated design and logic control software with state of the art linear saws for precision cutting and optimisation. The reduction of handling, waste and required stock improves our cost efficiency which in turn benefits our clients.

Table & Laser — A computer-aided laser template generator projects the jigging onto meticulously levelled steel tables. This reduces the set-up time significantly as well as the propensity for errors.

Exposed truss manufacturing

We have a dedicated section of our business for the manufacture of bespoke exposed trusses. There are some crafts that cannot be mechanised or digitised. They will always extract their fair share of love, sweat and tears. This we cannot put a fixed timeframe and value on – in our estimation, it is priceless. Simple planers, saws and a variety of hand tools applied by our seasoned and skilled operators deliver nothing short of magic.

Specialist Fleet

Our fleet of delivery vehicles enables us to deliver on time in some of the most challenging environments and over rugged terrain. Fitted with hydraulic cranes, where possible, we lighten the load of getting the trusses safely on to the structure, saving the need to get cherry pickers on site.
